Good News ClubOver the past several years, we worked together on a team with First Baptist Port Charlotte to operate a Good News Club at Peace River Elementary School here in Port Charlotte. We are currently building a team from First Alliance to re-launch this Good News Club.

Word of Life Summer Camp (2nd - 5th Grades)
|
Every summer we take a group of students to Word of Life summer camp in Hudson, Florida for 5 days! Kids must be in the grade range of completed 2nd-5th by summertime to attend. We begin fundraising in Feb/March for this awesome trip, so please don't let the cost stop you from sending your child. This week brings kids to Christ, and deepens the faith of kids who already know Him.

Wondering if you could "let go" for a week? Ms. Tracy & Ms. Jami, along with 2 other chaperones, stay on campus the whole time! We are there to check in on our campers and help out if needed - usually, we aren't needed, because the counselors there are well trained!
As camp approaches, we open a website page to help parents with questions and procedures. We also create a Facebook page just for parents of campers, so they can share in the fun...but we'll let you peek in just this once! We hope and pray that you'll consider sending your child with us to camp next summer!

WinShape Camp for Communities (Kindergarten - 8th)
Ms. Tracy and Ms. Jami work on the leadership team with 4 other churches and Chick-fil-A to bring WinShape Camp for Communities to our town. This summer (2019), our 7th year of camp, we set a record with 471 campers! Watch our video below or the picture slideshow below to get a taste of all of the fun! If you have kids who complete grades K-8th by the end of the school year, they can register in the spring for next summer's camp. Join us next July!
