Hey there! It's so awesome that you're interested in serving with FAC Student Ministry and we think that you'll be great at it! There are a lot of different ways that you can serve with The Crash on a Wednesday Night or Sunday Morning, so check out the different opportunities and roles we have below! - The Crash Cafe: At The Crash Cafe, we've got food and stuff! The Crash Cafe is located in our Family Life Center (the gym) and serves food every Wednesday night from 5:30-6:16 and then again after small groups finish. This food includes chicken fingers, fries, pizza rolls, and more. So if you've got experience or interest in working with fryers or in a kitchen, check it out!
- Lil' Crash Care: Lil' Crash Care is designed to help our team members who serve with us on Wednesday nights and don't have any other childcare options. THIS IS NOT A DAYCARE system that we operate, but simply a way to bless team members and open up more opportunities for them to serve. If you're interested in hanging out with kids from ages 3-10, check out our Lil' Crash Care!
- Crash PD: Crash PD is our amazing security team that keeps everything running smoothly and safely. Crash PD patrols regularly during our Wednesday night activities, makes sure that doors are locked and unlocked when needed, and interacts with and impacts the next generation of students!
- Crash Snack Bar: Who doesn't love snacks?!? We know we do and so do our students! The Crash Snack Bar is the one stop shop to get candy and soda all for just $1! What a deal! If you like interacting with students and passing our snacks, this is the place for you!
- Tech: Maybe you were a DJ for your high school prom or you just really enjoy making people sound and look good, but whatever the case, check out our tech team! Tech teams manage the audio and visual components of our Wednesday nights with a mixing and lighting board, ProPresenter, and other tech related contraptions. If you're interested in all of that, tech team is that place for you!
- Sunday Morning Breakout Leader: On Sunday mornings, FAC student ministry meets at 9:45 for a Bible study. We alternate between books of the bible and topics that affect students in todays world. If you want to impact and interact with students through leading breakouts and managing discussions, check us out in Crash Landing starting September 1!
